We came to this restaurant to get my husband's birthday smoothie. The service was extremely rude. We interacted with Dominique, who helped us get the free birthday smoothie. I showed the cashier the email, but she insisted it should have a QR code, which it did not. She had us download the app, but even then, she couldn't find anything under my email or phone number. Throughout the entire process, Dominique was constantly on her phone texting. After fifteen minutes, we finally got the app downloaded, but there was no QR code, just a tab that said "free 24 oz birthday smoothie." Come in here twice a week and today the costumer service was the worst yet. Porsha was too busy texting at the register to take any orders. Literally stood there for three minutes before she even looked up from her phone. When she did, she just looked bothered to be there. Manager on dute was also rude, Dominique, I think it was. Rolling her eyes when costumers ask questions about the ingredients because she's too busy flirting with her boyfriend sitting at the bar. This location has really gone down hill the last few months.

I don 't do sugar, so I always get the Green Island detox. It takes a few sips to get used to, but once my pallet adapts, it 's really good. I think it 's just the initial zing. Got the Veggie Hummus wrap without tomato, and it was very good. My friend and I have breakfast here before going for a walk. Love it.

After their renovations have been completed, this place looks so cute!Their smoothies are so much better than Sm00+h!€ K!ng ANDDDDD they have food options here as well! Such a great quick option!

I enjoy visiting this Tropical Cafe. The staff is consistently friendly and my order is always accurate. The atmosphere is relaxed and it is convenient to place and pick up orders.

Slow AF. 17 minutes for a smoothie in an empty shop while 5 employees stood around. If Scooters next door had been open it would have been delivered in 30 seconds.
