This place has clearly gone downhill. The food is decent enough and the chef is nice The main problem is the poor service. We never saw the waiter again after placing the order, when we didn't get drinks she would run away on purpose after grabbing anempty plate. Even the manager came over once and he asked how we were doing and we said we really needed some drinks. He alsoignored us. We had a terrible meal and they added an 18% tip to our bill. Terrible management. Lots of other hibachi optionsaround.
When I placed my order, I was given the option to split my side between rice and noodles. I agreed, assuming I would receive a combination of both. However, when the bill arrived, I discovered that there was an extra charge for the noodles, which left me feeling a bit deceived. My meal came to a total of $33 (plus tax and tip) for a chicken lo mein and fried rice combo. They also offered ice cream with the meal, but I was hesitant about incurring additional charges, so I decided to pass on that.
This was my first experience at this type of restaurant, and I found the staff to be very polite. The chef was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The food was tasty, although a bit saltier than I prefer—just a slight touch too much. I ordered a lemonade along with a chicken and meat rice mix. To top it off, they offered a scoop of ice cream at the end of the meal. Overall, everything was enjoyable, with just a couple of minor messy bits here and there, but nothing major.

Been here twice with a large group and we even managed to get the same chef! I?m sorry I don?t know his name he is so entertaining. He really involves the audience and he listens to the crowd which helps him with his show. The food is great! Staff is very attentive and anyone will offer assistance if needed. Everyone is always professional and nice. I was skeptical but after trying it out I recommend the red bean ice cream for dessert! You will be pleasantly surprised.

Never again! If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered beef on sticks appetizer on Wednesday, they were dry, overcooked and cremated. Beef jerky is juicier and more tender. Called them to let them know it was inedible. Spoke to Ronnie the manager.Brought them back and he acted as if he could care less. Refunded my money, no apology. You just lost a long time customer.Recommend some customer service skills and better chefs.

The food was still good but the service was definitely not good...the manager and waiters were not as goodas they used to be, the drinks were forgotten and not filled and when we received you we were kicked out and not even serveddessert Since it's her birthday, we want dessert)

I have visited this location over the years. The food has always been delicious. This month we went to my daughter's birthday. The food was still good, but the service was definitely not good... the manager and waiters were not as good as before, the drinks were forgotten and not filled and when we received you, we were kicked out and not even dessert served. Since it's her birthday, we want dessert)
