The service at this restaurant was subpar. We had to constantly remind the staff to serve us and our dirty plates stayed in front of us for half an hour. However, the main dishes were delicious. The desserts were quite disappointing. The building itself is beautiful and the restaurant was relatively busy for a Thursday lunchtime.
The Afternoon Tea was beautiful with the best Scone I have ever tasted. I was little disappointed when I asked for more tea they just filled my tea pot with warm water and therefore it was very very weak and I was unable to drink anymore. I could have asked for a fresh pot but the moment had pasted.
Easily disappointing that the restaurant is in the basement, instead of one of the most beautiful parts of this fascinating building, but the food and service were very good and we enjoyed our evening
We were on time, and no-one else was in the restaurant, yet we had to wait to be asked for our drinks order. We asked for the noisy music to be turned down, and that was done. A friendly waitress. Reserva una mesa ahora
It's a nice small restaurantThe food was served really quick (less than 5 mins for cod and chips), and quality was very good.
I was disappointed with my most recent takeaway experience at this restaurant. I hope they can improve their quality soon.
