When the waiter (the youngest of the team) realized we only spoke English, called one of the old ladies from the counter to take our order. We asked for ice cream and tea and one of the ice cream cup had one icecream ball less than@a showed on the menu. We did not complain. Later we kindly moved to the end of the table to allow a big family with kids to use the bigger part of the table.We asked for an extra chair to be taken from another table and were rudely said we could not remove the chair. We have had better service in the other bakery just a few meters down the road. Head to bakery Bumann for greater choice, nicer environment and a more friendly service.
After 3 hours of walking, we decide to stop this tea-room to bite a bite. the employee with his bakery stand in front of the bakery should have alerted us. donuts, pretzel, chocolate bread, etc. are exposed in full sun. arrived in front of the counter, only 1 sandwich for sale, the baker offers us to make two ham/ cheese sandwiches, we accept. After 15 to 20 minutes of waiting, our order arrives. that she was not our surprise to see that the bread is dry!!!! from the old bread, see more. What a shame to dare to sell out of the perished goods at the cost of the fee.
I went to have a coffee with a friend and my baby and before leaving i stepped on the freshly moped floor and the guy started to shout to me and to throw the mop on the floor out of frustration...horrible taking the fact that i was with my baby as well...
Freshly baked food available from the beginning of the day. Ideal location for a stop after a ski session, to sit with veranda when the weather allows. A visit to the Bakery Museum is worthwhile.

Both at the counter and in the tea-room, slow but friendly service. Decor somewhat faded (back from the 80's), would need some refreshing. Traditional pastries and delicious local rye bread.
In view of the fact that there are more Tea-Rooms in Saas-Fee, we were disappointed by the quantity and quality of the offer. the intention is not bad, but the personal is not over-friendly.
A pleasant place to sit for a hot cholate either outside on a sunny day or inside on a cold one.. Tasty variety of snacks and pastries served by friendly staff.
Very good and a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat. Last to choose, great prices and a warm welcome!!! Will definitely come back

If you enjoy fresh bakery, this is the perfect place. There is even a bakery museum to visit.
here you have to do a lot to get served and then there’s a good thing from the day before.
