The second issue was that while we were seated at table 4 enjoying our meal, one of the boys noticed a few ants on the table. I quickly informed a staff member, and we moved to a different table, only to find more ants there, too. Rather than addressing our concerns, the staff member chose to go outside and clean up in a party area and then returned to watch a Cubs game. I escalated the matter to the manager, who was very helpful and understanding. She issued us a refund and provided additional game credits, and assured me that she would address the situation with the staff member. Despite these problems, the kids still had fun.

I attended a birthday party 2 nights ago came home and The next day our whole party caught COVID-19 no disinfectant anywhere! Someone was touching everything knowing they were sick ! Whoever you are you’re a POS! Now that I think about it a lot of old people in the party never went downstairs so it must of been the cook! You’re gonna respond the way you want! But we both know nothing is being cleaned after each person plays the games!

Great arcade for all ages. My 5 year old niece was tall enough to drive her own indoor bumper car. It was amazing! She had such a good time. My 13 yr old had fun playing arcade games and picking candies to buy with the tickets she won.There are several outdoor attractions as well. We didn't go to the outside since it was 90°. But, we will definitely be back.

This a great place to let your kids run around with their gaming cards semi-supervised. There are plenty of skill set games and a bunch of other ways to earn tickets. If you are an adult, please skip the pizza, period (tricks are for kids lol). Get the chicken tenders instead, but honestly I haven't perused the entire menu yet. Reserva una mesa ahora

The experience was disappointing. I spent $75 in just 40 minutes. However, the silver lining was that my granddaughters, aged 6 and 4, managed to earn 1,200 tickets together. They were thrilled with the prizes they could choose, which was a nice bonus. For reference, I purchased a playing card for the arcade machines.

This is just me but I visited the place for the first time in years and was disheartened by all the changes the place went through. Much different than the Hollywood park I remembered as a kid. I can’t believe yall removed the games on the 2nd floor and all the pieces of movie memorabilia on display ?

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant with my daughter and grandkids. The entire staff was wonderful, and I look forward to coming back again!

Great place for the kiddos. If you are entertaining more than 4 ppl, then try to book a table. They have more offers. However, the food is subpar Reserva una mesa ahora

Reasonable prices, the kids had a great time. I will say the indoor activities are for 14 under. The outdoor activities are for 7+ age range.

Crazy expensive and we went on half off Friday. We did have a great time but i highly doubt we will go back. Staff was very polite
