We had a party of ten and wanted to have a variety of options as many in the party are vegetarians, so we decided on Indian food. This location had the most interesting looking website amongst the six or seven nearby restaurants. Plus, they actually answered the phone when I called! So, I made the reservation and we stopped in. The initial look was not particularly promising as it was in the back of another establishment and could not be seen from Orchard Lake Rd. This is my favorite Indian restaurant in the city! They have the best naan bread (garlic and cheese are delicious.) I tried the butter chicken and it was divine. The portions are not huge, so you can ask for more if you need it. We also had the sweet pakora, which was lovely. The spicy level was just right for me, I got it mild and it had a nice kick. The Indian flavors definitely have all the aromas you would want in an Indian meal. The atmosphere is lively and fun, with a fish tank and cool decor. Highly recommended.
these young have lost respect for customers. eating is nowhere near where it used to be. they get cold eating and bad service by untrained staff with high menu prices. the owner/manager has no sense for personal space and tries to fall in their conversation by having unnecessary commentaries when they are busy talking to their party. last time I went there, they had closed the kitchen, but google showed her still open, so I decided to go to check if they were open and I was very badly treated by the owner.
If I could give the restaurant 0 starts I would. My husband ordered takeout a couple time a month and every time for the past month they have been messing up the order. He orders the chicken tikka masala (medium heat). They give him mild. It’s been happening this whole month and I’m really upset tonight. Rice looks like from a left over biryani plate.Y’all just lost a loyal customer.

Cold dum biryani, looks and tastes like left over and sure enough found water in the bottom which clearly showed that it was reheated. Missing naan was substituted with tiny dry halves instead of what we normally eat at the restaurant. Shame on the customer support and standards.
This restaurant not only serves the best Indian cuisine in the area, but also the best overall food in the area! The quality is consistently superb, and their user-friendly website makes ordering a breeze. The food is always ready on time as well.
This restaurant is absolutely delicious! It is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants I have ever visited. Unfortunately, they no longer offer a buffet option. However, this place is perfect for groups. I will definitely be returning soon.
Absolutely delicious! I’ve been coming to this Indian restaurant for years and I have never ever been disappointed. I’ve tried several other Indian restaurants and this one is by far the best I’ve had. 10/10 would recommend!!!
