Food is great but a bit high-priced. The place is always mostly empty when we show up, which makes for a bit of an awkward atmosphere. And though service is always courteous, I wouldn’t call it warm or friendly. This last time we went, they put a sign on the door after we entered saying they were closing an hour early. As the sign was put up after our entry, we couldn’t have known about it. Instead of saying something to us, they just started breaking down tables and moving chairs 10 feet away from us as we talked at our table (making us feel unwanted). We had to ask if they were closed, to which they said yes. It was strange.
We arrived at the restaurant with a reservation made through OpenTable, but when we got there, they told us they weren't accepting reservations. Although they seated us quickly, we found ourselves waiting—waiting… and waiting. After 25 minutes with no one approaching us, we noticed other tables having to go to the bar for drink refills. We watched as one table across from us eventually left, followed by another. Frustrated, we decided to look for another nearby Indian restaurant and went there instead.
India Oven is a great spot for delicious Indian cuisine. Authentic food in a clean well kept facility. Quiet unless there is an event next door where the parking lot will fill up and you can check out the beautiful ballroom events. Service is good reliable. If you are looking for yummy Indian food, check out India Oven. Very nice people work there as well! Sonny bartends and makes a nice pre dinner cocktail.
we came with a reservation of open table when we arrived that they did not accept reservations. they sat us fast, then we waited, and waited, and waited. we waited for 25 min and no one talked to us, we looked at each other when others had to go to the bar. then a table went over from us, and then another. Finally we looked for another Indian place near and went there instead.

The food was excellent and offered great value for the price. The portion sizes were generous. The ambiance was relaxing, and the service was good—perhaps a bit too attentive, but that might have been because it wasn't very busy during our visit. I will definitely return and can highly recommend this restaurant.
The food is always the star here at India Oven wait staff always intends to please though not uncommon to miss a request such as our naan order in this case. Otherwise all was great and we'll return again and again I'm certain.
Bussers should know basic English by now. That is a weak area and customer service 101.
