I used to go few years back but stopped going because of highly slow service and high price. Recently I had to visit it with some friend of mine who wanted to eat something Indian. As usual the order came very late. Then the nans we ordered were wrong. We then had to wait for new nans in mid of our dinner. Then the fresh nans were not cooked properly. On top of that we found hair in rice. When we complained the sous manager, he tried to overlook the problem, didn't want to accept. And then we were overcharged for the cheese nans which we never ordered. Nor we were ever given our left over food which we asked them to pack for us.
1. Location is in comparison to rest, but vevey is a small space for everything to be far. 2. walkable from Lake 4. best interior and has exterior seat 3. Service is poor 4. Serving person does not understand Indian food to be so cautious 5. Food quality is a concern for chicken tikka. I received a red color chicken piece that is far away from authentic chicken tikka 6. dal and roti makes sense if you have other options of the Indian restaurant in vevey, then please go on.
A group of us (four in total), dropped in to the restaurant on a 'why not' basis. One of the party was a vegetarian from India. The food is very typical of the 'Euopean-style' Indian theme and we chose a range of meat and non-meat dishes. Everything arrived in a reasonable time and the tastes were fine, but not exceptional. The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, which may or may not be an issue for you, but overall the meal was acceptable, if a bit expensive.
Maybe the worst Indian restaurant ever. We were hungry and entered this place as there is a buffet so we could eat quickly. Honored by an arrogant, rude hostess/waitress. Your attitude has never improved (yes, you in glasses). The food was tasteless/flavorless. Then we had stomach pain. How is this place in business? Avoid it!! So not worth the effort.

I was quite disappointed with the flavour, this is not what good Indian food tastes like and Ive eaten a lot of different types of Indian food. We definitely don't garnish our dishes with basil, that is just wrong in so many ways. I would not recommend eating here, definitely not worth the price.

This restaurant offers really good food overall. The Paneer dishes are amazing. The chicken dishes were not the best. The ambiance is decent, but not a fine dining location.

Very good service along with great Indian in vevey ! The Indian breads were cooked well with apt masala in the curries
