Indochine has a portion of their menu dedicated to vegetarian entrees. The food is made fresh and the service is excellent. I would recommoned the V4 with a spring roll (instead of the egg roll). Rice noodles with mixed vegetables and tofu. The V3 is also good, which is the same thing, but in a Pho soup. They also a great bhan mi sandwich with tofu (disregard the mayo to make it vegan). If you're in New Brunswick check this place out.

Great spot in New Brunswick, surprisingly good Vietnamese food. Quick, friendly service, cool decor, and delicious food. Ordered the traditional pork banh mi, and chicken noodles with egg roll. Both were incredible, and prices are definitely reasonable. All in all, great neighborhood spot, will definitely come back again.
They have the BEST vegan tacos!!! I have only ordered them from takeout but I have ordered them multiple times. Messy but so so good! I don’t even know what’s in them but do yourself a favor and order them! It’s different vegetables wrapped up with a really good sauce. Reserva una mesa ahora
Great vegetarian options! The ingredients in the buns were the most diverse and of the highest quality compared to any other Vietnamese restaurants I've tried. I really wish Indochine were closer to my location.
