Came here recently for dessert with friends. I'd last been to Indulge nearly 10 years ago, so was definitely overdue a visit! The place was very busy, and we had to wait for 20 minutes, but the servers were kind enough to let us go outside and alert us when our table would be ready. The interior has changed a lot since last time I came a much more roomy and modern feel to the place was well received. The menu is a lot simpler now, I believe the waffles etc are egg free, and there are some good vegan options too. Among our party, we had the cheesecake, waffles, profiteroles, milkshake and sundae, and all tasted amazing and well worth the prices! The only downside I noticed was that the staff...
My friends and I visited this restaurant recently for dessert. As usual, we were seated promptly, received good service, and enjoyed our delicious food. However, we had a strange encounter with one staff member. Despite being friendly up until that point, they suddenly made inappropriate, insulting, and conspiratorial remarks towards one person in our group. We were shocked and decided to leave as soon as possible. It was an unexpected and unpleasant experience that definitely dampened our mood and overall enjoyment. None of us had ever experienced anything like it before, and it was completely unexpected.
Firstly, I’ve been coming to Indulge for years with my family we all loved the food and it always tastes brilliant and especially the desserts! Secondly, the staff were brilliant and really friendly and really attended to us and asked if our food tastes okay. Finally, I’ve only got one slight problem, Indulge by the evening is so loud and very crowded that you’re unable to hear yourself think! My only advice is to anyone planning to visit there is to at a quieter time.
I ordered from Indulge through Uber Eats, but my order never arrived. The driver made no attempt to contact me or ring the doorbell. I tried to follow up with Indulge, but they were unable to help. I spent £20 on a waffle and chips, but the manager couldn't provide any assistance as he claimed to not have the driver's details. There was no offer for a refund for the missing food, so I had to reorder and pay again. I was left feeling very disappointed and hungry.

Terrible service, I will never return to this restaurant again! We were told there would be a 15-minute wait for a table, but it took 40 minutes for us to be seated. Once we were seated, the staff disappeared and nobody took our order. After an hour of waiting, my wife and I left in frustration.
Lovely food! Visited just after 2pm on a Sunday. Served by a very young lad who was professional and polite. He was serving many tables at once and doing very well Tasty food but could of done with a few more strawberries as a bit on stingy side.
My favourite dessert place ever, gets very busy and have to wait sometimes but it’s always worth it. Staff are friendly and the manager knows what he’s doing!
Great food and great prices. Friendly staff and good decor. You can find anything you need on the menu to settle a sweet tooth or subdue salty cravings
