In-n-out Burger - Reservar una mesa

Same as the other in and outs Burger joints: over salted and over fried buns; crowded as usual. You need an extra 15 minutes of wait time if you come here. French fries, Kona blend coffee and shakes are pretty good. Just noticed that they offer free hot cocoa to kids on rainy days. This is nice but it doesn't rain that much in Chino. A couple of years later? I retried their cheese burger and again it was overly salted and almost inedible. Also tried the animal fries and it was not very good due to its again saltiness. I would suggest that they don?t salt the fries and beef patties so heavily. Service was still excellent and restaurant very clean.

Burgers are good, fries suck but what you gonna do? Service is always good. This is not my favorite place for burgers and fries but it is the most reasonably priced than all the other places for the same thing. I still recommend going if you never been there. Hey who knows you may love the fries I have alot of friends that loves in n out. I can take it or leave it, that's just me. Hope everyone is doing well and wishing your family all the best! Shout out to Julia on the night shift! Sitting in the diner waiting on our large and some what complex order after receiving a great customer experience from her. Service with a smile, she did a fantastic job in confirming our order and even offered us water while we wait after we declined drinks with this evening's meal. We passed on the waters but the gesture felt refreshing. Thank you keep up the good work.

In-N-Out hamburger is one great burger that no one could ever copy! Today when I went into the In-N-Out hamburger I ordered the number 3 combo, the person that took my order was very helpful me sitting there waiting for my order I could see great teamwork with all the employees very well clean place friendly people are very polite the workers very professional I give him a 10 star....

Tonight turned out to be a very disappointing evening. My double- double hamburger was made very sloppy, couldn't taste the cheese, and the buns were burnt! my strawberry shake also had a weak taste. May as well have been bland vanilla. Although I understand they had to raise the prices, quality should NEVER be compromised! I should have gone to BRAVO BURGER! ???

lines are always gonna be long. prices have always been pretty competitive, even cheaper than some of the national chains out there (looking at you carls). the taste is consistent from store to store. burgers are always made to order. the fries could be better sometimes, but no big deal. best thing of all, they hardly, if EVER, mess up orders.

They always get our orders right and the staff is always friendly. PRO TIP- when driving east on grand, enter right before the Starbucks entrance. Sometimes the line gets really long and this puts you right at the end of the line instead of needing to go all the way around the parking lot if you enter at the earlier light.

First time trying In-n-out as a Oklahoman and it was pretty good! I think Braums is better. However for how expensive most things are in California, you can get a pretty good meal here for a decent price!

I try drive thru this time: a worker came to take order by car, pay at first window and get foods on second window. Line was very long but waiting time less than 10 minutes. Great service
