Amazing cookies, not so amazing employees and prices. Insomnia cookies will always taste amazing, but the cost is absolutely outrageous. And for the price, you would hope the employees would be on their A-game but they were clearly miserable with their jobs. Whoever is managing this location probably needs to treat their employees better and/or give better training. One of the girls mixing the ice cream had extremely long nails, without a glove on one hand, and her thumb nail was going into the bowl. I would just suggest updating employee training and pricing

I visited the restaurant around 1 AM on a Friday night and was met with a rude and disrespectful attitude from the young lady working at the front. She displayed a lack of enthusiasm and seemed uninterested in serving us. If she is not happy with her job or shift, perhaps she should consider choosing another one. Overall, her demeanor was very negative and made for a disappointing experience.

You can never go wrong with Insomnia Cookies. I don’t know how they do it, but the cookies are always cooked to perfection. I found gluten-free cookies at this restaurant and decided to try the gluten-free chocolate chip flavor. They were delicious, but I was a little disappointed because they fell apart easily.I know gluten-free products can be challenging to make, but I wish these cookies had held together better. This restaurant is an incredible choice for vegans! Although they no longer offer the vegan ice cream that I adored, they have replaced it with Oatly, which I am very happy about. The vegan dishes here are delicious, and the Oatly pairs perfectly with them.

I absolutely adore this restaurant! They always have fresh and warm cookies that taste divine. My go-to is the double chocolate mint. I appreciate that they stay open late and the staff is consistently friendly.

They provided cookies as our wedding favor and it was a huge hit! They were really easy to work with and were really on top of things.
