This business takes 100% of the tip customers leave for the delivery driver when taking orders. They use contracted delivery such as Ubereats and DoorDash and take 100% of the tip left for them. Just tried to order, flat out refuse now. I do not participate with organizations that do damage to their local communities.A driver would’ve been paid less than 2.50 to bring me cookies and I had no way to tip. I've never had an insomnia cookie that I didn't enjoy, and I thought going gluten free meant I would have nothing but memories to cling to. Then lo and behold, they roll out vegan and gluten free cookies!!! Only one type of gluten free cookie (that is also vegan) chocolate chip, but there are a few more varieties that are just vegan (not gluten free). I can bake, but sometimes I just want someone else to do it. Insomnia cookies are always the perfect stage of softness and gooey ness. Even the next day they're still scrumptious. Any later beyond that then I'm not sure why you didn't eat them all the first day... If only they would roll out more gluten free options! Are they pricey? Sure, but...
Their cookies are delicious if you walk into any of their stores.... but their online service leaves a lot to be desired. Do not count on these folks to not embarrass you... they will. Based on many reviews here, people have complained that their cookies arrived stale. I placed an online order and it never shipped even after multiple email exchanges and promises to ship. I finally needed to cancel the order which I had placed a week before. I ordered from a competitor of theirs and it got there the same day.
After lunch around the corner, we went to insomnia cookies for a sweet treat. They had gluten free cookies!! I asked some questions about how they were prepared and such. We gave it a go. Warm, gooey, delicious.They did basically melt out of my hand like they were not cooked enough. A bit pricey for cookies as well. Delicious either way.Edited to update- after eating most of a cookie, I realized I was chewing a weird texture. Definitely eating what I can only hope to be parchment paper. Super frustrating.

went in about 1AM on a Friday night and the young lady working the front had a very nasty attitude and was very disrespectful towards the other workers. she also gave me and my friends very nonchalant energy. if you don’t like your job or that shift, pick another one.? she was very miserable.
No one let me know order was there!!! Ice cream was super soft I thought they would text when delivered and I'm not happy
The cookies taste great, but they are loaded with sugar, so they may not be the healthiest option. Just a heads up!

The warm cookies were delicious. The restaurant opened at 12 today and it was absolutely awesome!
The midnight snack was great. The cookies were still warm when I purchased them.
