I'm eating most days when I worked in downtown. I've tried many options, but the best I think is the apple crib. The combination of cheese, cranberry, spinach and quinoa is top notch. Here is the apple meadow as well as the 5-star salads that were. Each total $15, which is quite reasonable. I definitely come back when I'm back in downtown.

I went to the iQ a few days ago and had the best experience. The food is amazing, the most friendly staff, the best ingredients and the coffee!!! The coffee is so good. My #1 place to go when I'm in Toronto.

Delicious, healthy food in a small but nice place. I picked up the avocado toast and the Sababa bowl and they are really good. Fresh ingredients.

Very recommended! Good food, great quantity, good quality. Also really beautiful, relaxing, minimalist atmosphere. Medium seat capacity.
