Sports enthusiasts will appreciate that the pub is a licensed Fox Sports broadcaster. Guests can dine in the bistro or relax in the sunny beer garden with a beer or glass of house wine. Live entertainment has been reintroduced, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the pub offers accommodation for those looking to stay longer.
We had our office x-mass party lunch here.The place is simple, clean and with super friendly staff.Menu was simple, straight forward but food was lovely. I had Barramundi and other people had Stake and Lamb, all said it was fantastic. This is on the busy Botany Road but inside was quite and cool. It was a rainy day so we were inside; otherwise shady outside is lovely to enjoy a drink.Iron Duke is highly recommended if you are in the Alexandria or Green Square area.
The pub was fantastic, especially because of the beer garden. In my opinion, a great beer garden really sets a pub apart. But it wasn't just the beer garden that impressed me - being able to relax out back on a nice day with a beer and a book was amazing. This pub definitely exceeded my expectations. They also had a great variety of beers, which I really enjoyed. You can't go wrong with the Iron Duke.
I recently had the best fries in Sydney at this restaurant! The portion sizes are generous, the staff are friendly, and the venue is spacious and clean, making it perfect for large groups. The atmosphere attracts a diverse and laid-back crowd. Make sure to visit on a Friday to see the attractive firefighters who frequent the place!
