Our last visit to the Media location was predictably disappointing. Despite being in a restaurant with plenty of empty seats, we were seated in the last booth right next to the kitchen. To make matters worse, we were positioned next to two groups with loud, screaming children. On top of that, the floors and tabletops were completely sticky—you could literally feel your shoes sticking to the ground as you were seated. Once we sat down, it felt like the menus were glued to the tables. Instead of suggesting we move, our server attempted to explain that it was due to the finish on the tables. As for the food, it didn't live up to the prices they charge. The calamari appetizer contained more fried vegetables than actual calamari, the turkey burger was served on a cheap potato roll, and the French dip roll was stale. The only dish I found acceptable was the fish and chips. The beers were hit or miss; one was delicious while the other was just average. I also noted that they now charge for bread rolls, which used to be complimentary.
In total, we spent $147 before tip for 2 beers, 4 non-alcoholic drinks, 1 appetizer, and 5 entrees. With so many better dining options in Media and Delco, I won't be returning to IRON HILL anytime soon.
The salmon burger is tiny and overcooked, and the pork belly sandwich is just a complete mess—how is anyone supposed to pick that up? The last time I ordered the Irish bangers and mash, it was equally underwhelming. It was so bland and unseasoned that it felt more like a cliché of what people think Irish food should be, rather than a genuine attempt at Irish cuisine. It was almost offensive, to be honest. On a positive note, the Honey Graham ice cream is absolutely fantastic.
Fantastic food, drinks, and ambiance! We visited for lunch during the week and were seated immediately. It was enjoyable to see the brewer and sample the beers. The food was served in generous portions and was absolutely delicious. It paired perfectly with the beer flight I chose. They also offer wine and pizza. Definitely worth a visit if you're in Media and looking to experience a quality local brewery with excellent food!

While this restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and enjoyable vibe, the food left much to be desired. It was dry, lacked seasoning, and simply didn't have any flavor. Our server was friendly, but not particularly memorable, as she didn't check in on us very often.
The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the food was exceptional. However, our waitress wasn't as attentive as we would have liked. She didn't come to our table until we were nearly finished, and she was a bit slow in responding to our requests.
The server made a few mistakes during my visit. I ordered the ribs, but unfortunately, they were rather bland.
I had an amazing burger and tried the lemon cerveza, which was really refreshing. I will definitely be back.

On the noise scale, there really should be a category for "too noisy" instead of just "energetic."
We had a fantastic experience, just like always. The ambiance and food were ideal for our group.
