Ironbound Cider

Went last night a Thursday evening. We made reservations a half hour before our dinner, which was super easy. Luckily it was a calm night and we were allowed to sit outside for our dinner. It is a really cute atmosphere and somewhere I could see visiting all the time during fall. The food was fantastic. Actually, fantastic doesn 't even begin to describe it. The plating was beautiful, the flavors were insanely good. They had a vegan option, the lion 's mane mushroom. It rivals for the best meal of my life so far. Whatever that mushroom crab cake is, it 's magical. I can 't wait to return and order it again. My husband had the scallops meal and he loved it as well. I do wish they had more vegan options for appetizers, as I would have loved to try more of their food. But I am looking forward to coming back for vegan pizza on a weekend. The cider was obviously delicious. Our server, I sadly don 't remember his name but he mentioned he was a manager, was super nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they are doing at Ironbound. It was a nice treat talking to him on top of our delicious meal. 5/5 stars from me. I don 't ever write reviews but it was too good not to.

A bit cool but pleasant day for ride to New Jersey. A great place for an upscale lunch and cider. I would recommend this place but make reservations. We passed this place a few times during our jaunts through New Jersey and finally stopped without a reservation. The staff was a little confused but the owner made accommodations for us with our dog. This was a dog friendly establishment. We sat outside for cider and lunch. We order a flight of cider and an extra tasting of their pumpkin cider, which smelled like fall but needed a light sweetness. The tastings were huge and good. But not great. They needed. Little extra flavor and a tad of sweetness. Our food was great, had the bone marrow which was delicious. My wife had the burger which she said was one of the best she's had. I would recommend a stop anytime of year but come November they stop seating outside.

Fall 2021 Ironbound met exceeded my expectations which were high to begin with. Atmosphere, staff, food, beverages, all very, very good. A class act without pretentiousness. Go be all the better for it. Oct. 2023 Ironbound Farm still knocking it out of the park. Staff, vibe, food, drinks, products all great.

A casual vibe at a beautiful place. The food and drinks were amazing. We got the butternut squah soup, stuffed cherry peppers figs, and the pasta. We also got cocktails made with their imperial ciders and they were so unique and tasty. After dinner we sat around a cozy fire with our ciders
