Today, I placed a mobile order and 45 minutes later, my delivery driver informed me that my order wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes. I understand that I ordered soup and it was early, so I was okay with waiting. However, I called the restaurant just to clarify the situation, hoping to avoid having my driver wait unnecessarily. Instead of understanding my concern, the person on the phone chose to argue about when they received my order. I was willing to wait because I prefer fresh food; my main concern was not making my driver sit and wait in that cramped restaurant. What blows my mind is that every time I interact with someone here, they seem to resent having to deal with customers....

If I could give them a -1 star I would . I've literally just come home with my to go order and all 4 meals were terrible. The Mac cheese was DRY , I did not get cabbage that is automatically added in the order , they put peppers in my curry chicken NEVER HEARD OF THAT ??? and there were NO BEANS in my oxtails and butter beans, what is the point . This was the worst Jamaican food experience ive ever had PERIOD and I want a FULL refund at this point food did not get touched after a hour wait. $91 down the drain , yes $91 for 4 terrible meals.

I wouldn't recommend the triple mix drink—I expected something similar to what I saw another customer having, which had a lemonade color at the bottom and a peach color on top. Instead, what I received tasted like it had ginger in it. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant. The food lacks flavor and is just overly spicy, making it hard to enjoy the chicken. Save your money for somewhere that offers quality food; this place is not it.

This is easily one of the best Caribbean restaurants I've ever been to. It was my first time at this establishment, and I was impressed by the delicious food and generous portion sizes. I paid $24 for oxtail, and the portion size was laughable. I received just five small pieces of meat, along with rice and cabbage. I was supposed to get plantains, but they were missing. This restaurant feels like a scam, and the taste of the food doesn't justify the price. What a disappointment. I won't be ordering from them again.

I'm not sure what this is, but it's definitely not food. I discovered it in the rice when I was eating the leftovers the next day. I didn't have a chance to return it since I was in a bad accident last week. So, I ended up wasting $30 on this. I won't be returning to this restaurant.

I order the sweet and sour shrimp here every week because it’s absolutely delicious and worth every penny! The portions are generous and it comes with rice, cabbage, and plantain. The service is quick, and the staff is very friendly.

I enjoyed a delicious jerk patty along with a refreshing pineapple and ginger drink. Please note that this is a takeout-only restaurant, as there is no seating available. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5. Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was absolutely fantastic! Although I haven't dined in at the restaurant yet, I used Island Quizine to cater a party, and everyone raved about how delicious the fish and chicken were.

First and last time eating here...$14 for a bowl full of rice. Small portion, no flavor just spicy. Never again, I'll stick with what I know!
