Came here early on a Sat with friends. The vibe inside was nice even though there wasnt much of a crowd while we were there. I ordered the coconut rum punch which was made with Wray Nephew's and it definitely hit! One and done for me Lol. We had codfish fritters and j wings for apps and ordered oxtail with rice and peas for entrees as well as some j shrimp salads. The food came out a bit staggered which I normally dont care for but since everything came out hot and fresh it was ok. Island Soul has a cozy ambiance about it warm, inviting, welcoming,and the music sets the atmosphere for the people to mix and mingle amongst each other like they old friends enjoying each other's company, and service from Simone is excellent so full of love for the people is amazing she my little dot and dash serving the people like their company is amazing she treats us like family. The chef is excellent he knows what he's doing in the kitchen, trust that.
11/4/22, Friday evening and the Band KYMISTRY 101 was there 8-11pm. Great R B music. For dinner, the Curry Shrimp w/rice was delicious. Needed to have some fresh air ventilation. It was too warm.Parking: Street parking

This restaurant is to die for. From the food to the customer service I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this place. It's been awhile I haven't had food tasting exactly like back home.
Ordered food to go at 7:40pm food was supposed to take 20 minutes to make I got there at 8:00 PM waited another half an hour for my food no apologies for the wait
Great food great atmosphere. They had a band playing there and I thought it was great. Didn't expect it to be so large inside. I would definitely go back here.
