Not the best Japanese food but it tasted good and was presented nicely Otherwise this was a pretty bad experience. A real disappointment because we had visited a few times before and enjoyed ourselves. Loud modern music was playing but they did turn it down when asked. The waitress didn't really seem to know what she was doing. We ordered starters and mains and it all came out at once. There were 5 of us. The kitchen staff must take some responsibility for this but it appears that their minds were not fully on the job. My daughter asked for her main dish to be kept warm. I asked the waitress to bring my main out later as the table was full and there was nowhere to put the food. My granddaugh...

My daughter and I traveled a long distance to this restaurant so she could try a variety of sushi, as the menu offers the option to buy 2 or 8 pieces of each. However, when she tried to order several 2 piece options, she was told she could only order 8 pieces. This left her feeling flustered and she ended up choosing a safer option. I raised this issue with the staff and was told that making dishes in twos is wasteful, even though it is listed on the menu. I was informed that a new menu is in the works, but this was not communicated to us. I gave the restaurant three stars based on the other food we ordered, but I was disappointed on behalf of my daughter.

I wanted to try something different for takeout, so I ordered a selection of sushi. The restaurant called to inform me that the delivery was on its way, which was a nice touch. The food arrived quickly, sooner than I had anticipated. The sushi was incredibly delicious, and it came with plenty of ginger, soy sauce, and wasabi. It was a fantastic value for the price, and there were no leftovers! We highly enjoyed the food and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you very much.

This restaurant has really declined in quality. We used to visit frequently over the years, but it seems like the ownership has changed. It now feels more like an Indian restaurant with burgers on the menu. The sushi we ordered was very disappointing - the crab roll looked rotten inside and was inedible, and the avocado maki had hairs from the chef in it. This will definitely be our last visit. Poor customer service and experience. My wife’s order was wrong and my order contained undercooked chicken, however the shop insisted on the food being collected for due diligence, and then a fresh meal was issued questioning our integrity. We finally ate three hours after the original order was placed. Following good prior experiences, sadly we won’t be ordering from this establishment again

First visit to ISO and it was great. Not many other customers but deliveries were being sent out all the time. Sushi was tasty and chicken teriyaki was delicious. The staff member Lucy was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Only negative was that it was really cold in there, that was probably due to most of food pick up drivers not closing the door.

No toilet facilities,Menus weren’t taken away after we ordered, cooks were filming TikToks and being noisy Starters and mains came together, no cutlery for burger and chips and no glasses for drinks Wasn’t a pleasant dining experience

Pretty poor. The udon was manly raw Cabbage raw mushrooms and missing some of the main seafood that was in its description on the menu. Disappointing Reserva una mesa ahora

Another fabulous take away from this little Gem. The food was amazing and worth the money. Highly recommend I SO.

Food was delicious. Wonderful atmosphere. Friendly staff. 10/10 would go again (or every day if I lived closer)
