My absolute favorite local Italian place. I lived in Italy for two years and can tell you that the food here is authentic Italian. Not Americanized-Italian, or Chicago-Italian, but real Italian. I absolutely love their risotto, the pesto pasta and vodka penne. They also make a good proscuitto-arugula panini. They have a lot of other dishes I would love to try but I always go back to my few favorite dishes. Excellent home-baked bread as well. Only thing I wasn't wild about was the pizza, but in fairness I only tried it one time and it was just a slice, not a full pizza, so that might not have been a fair test. Will try it again in the future. The young ladies who run this place are from Italy...

Excellently delicious Italian food. Many different restaurants have occupied this space throughout the years, but I really hope this one stays. I get to sample a lot of different cuisines because I live in the Chicago suburbs, and Italian food is one of my favorites. It's wonderful to have real Italian food so nearby! They have fantastic spaghetti and fish, but I always get their calzones. Food is provided fast and at extremely reasonable prices. Due to the continual busyness, it just seems to take forever! I hope they are around for a very, very long time!
Excellent cuisine! All of the specified pasta arrived exactly al dente, and the bolognese sauce was excellent. The I Salumi sandwiches and the Pollo Parmesan sandwiches were both excellent. Fresh ingredients are what make the food as excellent as it is. Ahead of time, I picked it up. When we reached home, the food was lovely and hot and available for pickup at the appointed hour. I'll return soon!

The best food around There is not enough to say about this place ..,you could travel the whole world and never find better food …we’re you find fresh ingredients fresh pasta and everything else they have that is homemade The service is like the old Italian traditional way where you feel like family when you come and eat here
The lasagna was delicious but a bit watery. This restaurant is best for dinner and typically costs between $10 to $20 per person. The food and service were both rated 4 out of 5, but the atmosphere only got a 2. The pizza is highly recommended.
Excellent food! Pizza is a little to chewy for my likings, but everything else on the menu tastes homemade. My sister always gets her parties catered from them, and everyone loves this food!!!
WOW...Fresh made food. I order the lasagna which is great and a homemade roll. Can't wait to try other menu items there. And they have a drive-thru also.

Ordered pick up and the food was still hot when it was opened at home. The vodka sauce was very flavorful. Will 100% order food from here again!!
