bad service and experience we arrived at 19:20 clock, we were happy to try this restaurant. no one has taken our orders until 7:50 o'clock and we received only table water at 20:15 o'clock. only half of our escape came out, and that came an hour after sitting. it was only chips. our main thing came at 20:30 a.m. and then we had to remind them that we still waited for our other, the garlic bread. my partner ordered vodka, limette and soda. he got a shot wodka with a shot lemon? he asked to fix it. and then he got wodka with still water and ice? I understand it was a busy night, but 2 other couples who came after us had their commands taken right away, drinks came out very quickly, and they actually got their restaurant out. the highlight of this experience was the taste of my Lychee cocktail. refreshing and sugary enough to pull me through my hunger after I waited 1.5 hours for mediocre food.

eating was the least value for money. the personal was great, but perhaps the owners should look at the served dishes and ask if it is worth for the customers. or at least make it look like there's worth it. I love eating my good food and would pay for good eating. but when the court comes, and you just go urghhh. I never have a review unless it's eating wow or it's just absolutely filthy. $40 for my seafood pasta- part was so small (5 tablespoons pasta) and contained only 1 garn, 1 scallop and 5 husks. my partner had the steak and it was cut into 5 fine pieces.

I've never been here before and now I've been twice in one month. We weren't aware it's BYO until speaking to friends. The first time we went we had pasta. The second time we had the antipasto and pizza. The gnochi bolognaise has been my favourite dish so far. It's always good service here. The place is always busy so it has a good vibe and you need to book in advance. There is indoor and outdoor seating.

Absolutely terrible service ! We waiting 45 minutes to order a drink asked multiple times to be served and was told to wait. Once we ordered a drink it took over 30 minutes to come out and some drinks were missed, and waited over an hour for some. We were on a set menu and given the wrong menu. Once we ordered our meals we were told they had run out of the steak, some had to re order.
