preamble: we went there years ago, from the time of the father.Restaurant classic...do not want to come back, given the exceptional offer we have on the whole of the Netherlands.To give us wrong, we returned there ten years ago...For the same verdict...We decided to never return to this restaurant again. No luck, one of my friends invites us to this by a beautiful Saturday in September. Welcome by the JEANS/CHEMISE-year-old director. (rather smiling)Drôle de tenu, jamais toujours dans aucun étoilé au monde...Arrive le sous-chef de salle, ans en COSTUME...(Beautiful les suriant)This is what we call harmony in the dress and in the reception of the customer...or the inversion of roles ?not need a minimum costardtal (but it's not the age of the chef)An incident, taken over by my friend (leader himself) five minutes after the arrival of the entrance, it was necessary to demand the wine service.Not seen the chef, just the kitchen door, which opened hundreds of times, for the service. (see on the kitchens...bof)I get to the same comment I made for the bar (also managed by the same chef): as badly managed...I repeat, no interest in attending this restaurant, given the many best possible choices around.

perfect welcome, excellent dishes with fresh and seasonal products. I have been eating there for years and the quality is always at the rendezvous and the very original dishes while remaining in the respect of the product. a real passionate work because everything is homemade, sauces, pasta, ice cream and even detox water. the map of wines and armagnacs is also well provided and for all desires. the place is beautiful, the very pleasant swimming pool and the rooms regularly renovated. to advise in love, with family, without moderation. a deserved star and the place on the podium of the region competition for the leader.

a beautiful moment spent with family: a tasty table in a perfect, authentic and warm setting. from the entrance to the coffee, a real treat and an explosion of flavors. dishes marked with a real signature! a small pot also for the irreproachable reception and perfect service.

Great restaurant! the frame is beautiful, typical. the menu and menus are delicious. we loved and we highly recommend ithurria if you are visiting the area!
