Do not get the rice beans it?s made from a Goya ready made package ! Foods okay at best no wow factors . Nothing was fresh not the chicken ribs or whiting the last few times I?ve gone. The fried chicken was just reheated same with the fish the skin shouldhave been crisp instead it was soggy an separated from the meat . Greens were okay tho again nothing special . They need toconcentrate on freshness. Maybe their over prepping but too many times now it was the same deal breakers on freshness .
Avoid the rice and beans made from a Goya package! The food lacked any wow factor. During my last visit, neither the chicken nor the ribs tasted fresh. The fried chicken was disappointing—the skin should have been crispy, but it was soggy, and the meat was falling apart. The greens were unremarkable as well. They really need to improve on freshness. Perhaps they were overbooked, but the ongoing lack of freshness has been a deal-breaker for me.
The platters are so small, which I didn't mind after I saw the food in it. Grey chicken with a weird taste. Whatever seasoning was on the chicken was on the mac n cheese. And the sweet potatoes, were way to sweet, I was so upset when hubby told me he went back there. I didn't like it the first time we tried it a few months ago. Never ever will we be going back. A total waste of money.

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I'm really impressed! I ordered the BBQ chicken, black-eyed peas, potato salad, and two pieces of cornbread. The food was incredibly delicious and served hot. The portions were generous, and I felt very satisfied. I will definitely consider ordering from this place again. Thank you so much!
