I ordered on DoorDash and the restaurant gave my order to someone who was not my dasher. My actual dasher was there waiting for an order so I called and they told me not the dasher that my order was picked up already. When I spoke to the manager about my concerns, he mentioned I had to take it up with DoorDash because ?he does not get paid to make my order twice?. I was extremely polite understanding so for him to be rude to a customer who has been going to this place for years was it for me. Definitely will be taking my business elsewhere

After trying just two boneless wings, I had to toss them out. There was more than two tablespoons of oil pooled at the bottom of the takeout container. The fries were incredibly soggy from soaking in the oil, and the chicken hardly had any lemon pepper seasoning on it. There was just way too much oil. I understand that fried food can be greasy, but I've never had to scoop out oil from a tray of fried food with a spoon like I did here at IJW.
Do yourself a favor and order from Buffalo Wild Wings or basically any other wing place. We placed an order on DoorDash just before 7 PM, and it said it would take 69-99 minutes, which we were okay with. Then, at 9 PM, our order got canceled. Now it's too late to order from any other restaurant, and we're left hungry. Never again. Just a heads up: if you're looking to be disappointed and go hungry, feel free to place an order here.

This was my 1st and last order from them. I was delivered the wrong order they stated to address it Doordash that they don't deliver and that they don't give refunds it was not a small order it was a 78.00 order I ordered thru their website not Doordash I don't have a Doordash acct bottom line my 1st experience was horrible n I will not be ordering again
I usually order the boneless wings and fries combo, along with a variety of sauces on the side. I don't understand the negative reviews; I've consistently enjoyed the food here. The wings and fries are fantastic! Plus, this place is actually located inside Chili's—yes, you read that correctly. It's just wings in Chili's, and they share the same kitchen.
I get the boneless wings with fries combo with a lot of sauces ordered as sides. Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews but I’ve always gotten good food from here. The wings and fries are great! Also this place is literally inside Chilis-yes you heard that right. It’s just wings is chilis and shares the same kitchen as chilis.
This place is terrible. My order was incorrect; I was charged for blue cheese but received ranch instead. The fries were disgusting—they tasted like they had been cooked in dirty, burnt grease. HORRIBLE! Please pay attention to these reviews; this place is just awful.

The chicken was undercooked on the inside while appearing white on the outside. It seemed like it had been fried for less than three minutes. I ended up having to throw away my entire order of 32 wings. It feels like a complete waste of money.
