I visit this restaurant pretty regularly, using both Chili's and It's Just Wings. Most of the time, around 80%, my experiences are great. However, the other 20% can be quite disappointing. Recently, I ordered the combo with fries and boneless chicken. I was taken aback by what they considered a side of fries. It's disappointing, but unfortunately, not unexpected.
Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
Wings are good. Could be better if they were cooked longer and had more sauce on them. And also I always get shorted wings never have the amount that suppose to be in the order and to top it off some of them are so small that it shouldn’t even be counted as one.
I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes for cold, soggy wings and terrible fries that I couldn’t even eat. I checked in on the app and tried to call, but my call went unanswered. I won’t be returning – the customer service was absolutely awful. Reserva una mesa ahora
Just ordered a wing and fries combo for pick up. Got all the way home and opened the box to no fries, just wings. Called twice to try to get a refund for the missing fries and got hung up on. Wings were also subpar. Will not go here again.
Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!
The food was good, but I didn’t receive my complete order that I paid for, and they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call. I won’t be ordering again.
