Decided to try Chilis for my birthday dinner steak, as I’d heard their steaks were pretty good. I’d happily heard correctly. The steak was delicious. I don’t understand why they make you wait, however, for a table when there are always empty tables. We waited 15 minutes yet we counted 8 empty tables. We noticed this was happening the entire time we were there. People waiting for over 10 minutes while many empty tables were available. Our waitress, I believe Tiara? Was great! Extremely busy yet very attentive to our table. Food did not disappoint, altho the side salad was only lettuce and grated cheese, for over $4.00!! One of us ordered the secret sauce burger. This is just another disappointing ghost kitchen posing as a Chili's, hiding behind a small disclaimer. It's really a shame and does a disservice to the entire restaurant chain. It's not right to mislead customers about the food. Somehow, the quality here is even worse than Chili's, which is quite an achievement in itself. I would advise against ordering from this place or any similar ones; they're like nuisances popping up on delivery apps.
I ordered 36 wings they were all burnt to a crisp looks like they use burnt oil.and the sauce is little to none on the wings, Highly don’t recommend I don’t even think Gordon Ramsey could save this place.
I have not been to Chilis in a longtime but this one in Hoffman Estates is excellent in food, drink and service, When I am in that area again I will eat there again.

The food was outstanding! I highly recommend the apple BBQ dish. The cheesecake was also fantastic—generous slices paired with a delicious strawberry purée.
Got these for my lunch break highly disappointed over cooked and burnt and light sauce..
all the reviews are trippin, good food portion can be better but overall good chicken
My son claims these are the best wings he's ever tasted.
