I waited for 30 minutes for my ice cream, only to be told that I had not placed an order. The waitress seemed confused and unprofessional, even asking me how the items were made as if I worked there. When the ice cream finally arrived, it was not made correctly and needed to be remade. To make matters worse, they poured strawberry sauce on top of my sundae and froze my brownies. I did not leave a tip and would not recommend this restaurant due to the childish and unprofessional staff. My overall experience was disappointing and I suggest offering refunds or positive reassurances to customers when mistakes are made. I have yet to have something that I didn't like. Great onion rings, cheese fries and burgers. The ice cream stands alone. With 100 flavors of shakes sundaes just on the menu, not too mention the unlimited combos you can ask for from there, you are guaranteed to find a favorite here. Absolutely unforgettably amazing!
Great ice cream shakes and burgers. Super friendly staff and the restaurant was nice and clean. It was very busy when I was there and it got a bit loud, but that's to be expected from a restaurant that caterers to college students.
