I brought in a short wool jacket (length to my hip). The girl would not tell me what it would cost to clean. Since the place was highly recommended by a friend I thought I’d leave it. Mistake. Cost was more than twice what I paid the previous place or the places I’ve been to since. What kind of place doesn’t give the customer the amount they will be charged if asked before cleaning. The cleaning was done satisfactorily.
Stopped by for wings and a couple of **** Marys......food and drink were both very good. Service was friendly and efficient, prices were reasonable, Wings portion was generous.. The decor is dismal and dark.....dine outside if given a choice. They've been around forever, so they must be doing something right.
This is a wonderful family-owned business. I've been using their services for about five years, and I've never encountered any issues. They take excellent care of all my clothing. On one occasion, I was traveling from out of town and arrived late, but they kindly stayed open an extra 15 minutes just for me.
This is a lively, family-friendly restaurant with a good bar atmosphere that's easy to enjoy. During my recent visit, I was reminded that it's a great spot for burgers and reasonably priced drinks. I gladly give this cleaners five stars. They always dry clean and package to perfection. I've also had numerous items of clothing altered by their seamstress. Annie, the owner is extremely personable, greets with a friendly smile and always goes out of her way to ensure I'm happy with their services.
Allendale is a charming town, but parking can be quite challenging. The AB&G has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service is outstanding. However, the food is largely unpalatable. I understand it’s a bar serving bar food, but there’s really no justification for such poor-quality dishes.
We went for dinner. The chicken wings and the cauliflower was very good. The trout on the special menu wasnt great so had to return it back. Staff was less and tables were more so the service was slow and the staff weren't courteoua enough. We had to literally wait and wait to pay our bill.
