Izzy's Steaks Chops – San Carlos

Appetizers were very good, especially the cold asparagus, but entrees were disappointing. Filet was tough but cooked correctly to medium as ordered. Hamburger ordered medium-rare and came well done. Fries did not seem freshly fried. Took over twenty minutes trying to get the check. Seems they do not have enough help for the number of customers

It was very sad to have had such an awful meal. The quality was terrible! The service from our waiter and busser were amazing. The potatoes were severed to me mushed. From what I was told they had an event and scraping to give me leftovers. Food was extremely salty! Very sad to see such poor quality. Manager was very nice too

I haven't been to Izzy's for a couple of years, and I was all watered up for the Filet of Sole. It's not on the menu anymore, which was a disappointment, but the New York Strip was terrific. Very happy to have made the return trip

This is a very nice restaurant with quality food and service. It's not a corporate restaurant experience. The wait staff actually cares about serving you and the food is top quality Reserva una mesa ahora

Since Covid they’ve repainted and so now it’s very white and bright in there..it used to be darker and just had that old school feel a bit romantic..outside of that it was good..

Good better than ever. We love fried oysters . Creamed spinach steaks , ribs. Kobe thr bread. Great cocktails. Great service I like the new lighter look inside
