The new owners need some help on restaurant management. We walked in with 12 visible tables empty and bussed. We were told 10-15 minute wait. Not sure why, but then as we were seated 10 minutes later, our waiter took almost 15 to even acknowledge us. The only reason, by the way, was my husband's stink eye that brought attention to the manager that no one had even greeted as at the table. Restaurant service 101... at minimum, greet the table <2-3 minutes. Guest understand when you are backed up, but SO MANY open tables AND a wait. I really miss the great service we always received.
Found out today they have new owners?again. The past two owners have let me take off the salad from the lunch orders (because I don?t eat it since the pasta fills me up) they wouldn?t charge me for it. This owner said no, so I?m paying for something that I?m not going to eat. It?s just the little things sometimes that make great customer service. Also, they skimped on the chicken. Used to be a whole chicken breast on the pasta. Now it?s only about half. I won?t be going back here for lunch anymore.
It was our first time for us having dinner at this place and we must say we were very impressed. The food was so delicious and also very affordable. We definitely recommend their supreme pizza, fried mushrooms, cheese sticks and salads. The chef really did an awesome job preparing our food that day. Can't wait to go back.
j. Christophe's is back!!! the new management has restored the restaurant back to the quality it used to have. had the manicotti and calamari and both were superb. if you were turned off by the previous management and food quality, give the restaurant a re-try. it's as good now as it always was!
