We came here on 10/30/21 around 8:10pm Our second time here in the last year and a birthday celebration Our server was Nick A very pleasant individual the food was delicious I highly recommend the lamb The bread taste amazing and the calamari is pretty good with the sour sauce So happy they don?t serve the calamari with marinara here! They also let us swap out our birthday dessert for something other than was listed on the card The smoked old fashioned was fabulous as always and one of the main reasons we came here again This time it was served already made and the second round came out with a corked smoke bottle unlike the first round sadly a little less of a presentation that the prior yea...

Recently took business visitors here and had one of the best meals in a long time. Our business guests raved about their dinner experience. It helps to have a server who was just one of the best, Christine made their night. Never met a server who knows their menu the way she does. It was so good, we went right back with guests from the UK, were lucky enough to get Christine again....and the food was outstanding once again. If you want to impress guests with KC cuisine, this is the place....and you might as well ask for Christine while you are at it!

This is our new favorite place. Great food, wonderful attentive service but not overbearing, and a great romantic ambience . Christine was our server and was she was the best!! Super sweet lady. We had the shrimp Durango it's so good it should be an entree, I had the KC strip and the Mr. had the bone in ribeye both prepared very nicely, and the four layer coconut cake was to die for! It was so good! Thanks again for making my birthday so special especially Christine she's the best!!

Excellent meal, excellent service. My husband and I shared our meal (we do that often as we have found that our appetites have waned as we aged), and took our server's suggestion that we split the tomahawk ribeye. It was huge, and it was cooked to perfection. Our server, Remington, was very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. It's a little pricey, but well worth it, especially for a special occasion. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Enjoyable KC restaurant week experience with friends. The service was better than the food because: 1) The bisque is salty and the freshly ground pepper for this soup wasn?t offered to all diners. 2) One of the medium rare filets was over-cooked, but quickly replaced with a new one. 3) The cake part of the chocolate dessert was dry. However our server was attentive and allowed us to sit and chat for 45 mins after we paid.
