I recently visited this pizza restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. While I was waiting for my buffalo pizza, I spotted two large cockroaches crawling near the pepperoni container and the area where they prepare the toppings and dough. I will never return to this location and strongly advise others to stay away unless you’re okay with roaches crawling on your food and having your pizza made in such an infested environment. When I brought this to the staff's attention, one of them just crushed a roach with a tissue. I suggested they should call for an exterminator, but he insisted that it had just been done. The pizza was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed it. However, I had a major issue with being significantly overcharged for three pizzas, totaling $72.24. The cashier quoted me one price, but then I was billed a different amount when I handed over my credit card. When I pointed this out to the young man at the register, he told me the price discrepancy was due to a $10 charge for an extra topping. What? How can you provide one price and then charge another? Additionally, I requested a receipt and never received it. Please check your receipt. Aside from that, the pizza was great.
The delivery service takes just over an hour, but the pizza arrives fresh and delicious. The taco pizza is simply the best—it's amazing! The prices are quite reasonable compared to most other places. However, during peak times, they may occasionally lose track of time and end up with a slightly burnt pizza bottom, so just keep that in mind. Overall, it's a fantastic little shop with high-quality pizza. I truly love this place—it's the top spot for pizza in Far Rockaway! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. J.M. Pizza offers tasty food, but their service needs improvement. I witnessed an employee become frustrated when a customer mentioned that an item was missing from her order. When I asked about my own order, which was still in the oven, the staff member seemed overwhelmed. Additionally, when I requested my receipt, the machine jammed and only displayed the price of my meal. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The restaurant is under new management, and unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. Prices have increased, while the quality seems to have declined. The flavors are off, and I'm uncertain about the freshness of the food. I ordered a beef patty for my meal, and it was the only thing I ate that day. The following morning, I woke up with stomach cramps and digestive issues.
The pizza and beef patties are really good. The food always arrives warm, which is a big plus. The pizza comes well-presented, and they make sure not to squish the slices by keeping other items, like the beef patties, separate in the box. Overall, it's a great place, and my family and I really enjoy dining here.
I don't understand why, even though I requested delivery and included a tip, I still had to go to my car to pick up my food. This is unacceptable! I won't be doing this again!
Be careful with the secret sauce in the parmesan I saw a roach and one of the staff saw me take a picture and he purposely gave me a hard Pizza shame on you
