You choose your dishes using a dry erase marker on a laminated menu, and you can customize your soup and heat level.

My daughter and I came here after she missed her flight. She was very depressed but the kindness and humility of the staff here completely cheered her up, in addition to the freshest, most flavorful vegan and vegetarian dishes one could ask for! We are so thankful to the cooks who made a special dish just for us, without us asking. I’m usually supremely picky about food but this place immediately one my heart.
The food here is fantastic—absolutely delicious! My wife and I have visited twice in the past few weeks. The ramen soups are superb and quite filling, while the curry pork katsu is also delightful. The appetizers are unique and expertly prepared. We plan to return regularly. The atmosphere is calm, which is a wonderful change from most restaurants.
You'll feel a warm welcome the minute you enter the place. We ordered miso tonkotsu ramen, yaki tori, yuzu tori, yuzu butabara, seaweed mixed salad, and mocha ice tea taste like matcha). They all looked good and delicious. Service staff are friendly and courteous. Looking forward to try their other specialties on my next visit.

3.5-4 stars. Ramen was good. We had shishitos appetizers that were really, really good! However, I think the Ramen needed a little less noodles and a bit more broth. The bathroom could also be a bit cleaner but overall, it was a good place. I'm sure I'll return.
This place was amazing. Super clean and cozy place to coke eat at. Soon as you walk in, you can smell the savory tonkotsu broth. Wife and I got to bowls (mild) and some gyoza and chesu for the small bites. Most definitely recommend this ramen spot to anyone!
I can't emphasize enough how excellent the meal was and how friendly the staff were. We visited towards the end of the day, and nobody rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. The portions were just right, and everything was incredibly delicious.
their spits are delicious! only eat twice. both paint good experiences. the nebel is a must try! we have heard that they can change menu options. we do not hope! our last visit was in 2022.

Absolutely recommend eating here. The food was really tasty, and the staff so friendly and responsive. The tan tan with rice was the best.
