Simply Perfect. I think Jack and Jills offers exactly what is needed around Nedlands. We booked a birthday party for our 7year old daughter here. For this purpose it was exactly perfect. Instead of trekking out to some adventure' gym in an industrial area all the mums could easily drop their kids offs, stay or leave as they choose. The important word here being choose' As it was close to everyones' homes locally there was no need to hang about killing time until end of party. The decor itself is extremely appealing to children. Certainly Not Kid Friendly After arriving and not being able to find a park in the car park as it was reserved, I found myself with a four year old, two year old and ten month old (who was in a pram) and not being able to wheel my pram in as the door was too narrow. I had to unbolt it myself (no employees offered to help) and then push the pram in (bolt it back up) to find that the garden kid friendly part was met with stairs first that had to be negotiated with a pram. I asked if prams were allowed whereby the employee said yes and then offered to help me (which I refused The service was poor and they were understaffed. False Advertising. I took my elderly mother for Mothers Day High Tea and what a joke, we had booked, we was told we had to sit outside, lucky it was a nice day. I had to ask for the table to be cleaned, there was no serviettes, the sandwiches were fine the cakes were just shop bought slices cut up. This place is a childrens party centre, no more no less please do not be taken in by High Tea they have got a long way to be offering this service and not in this area. Message to the owner decide what you do best and stick to it.
What a fantastic venue, great food and amazing owner! Had my 40th high tea at Jack and Jill's and it was such a great afternoon. Caroline did an amazing job and decorated the venue beautifully. Thank you so much for making my day very special. Will be back my daughter is planning her next party!
Overpriced and underwhelming. Booked a girls birthday party at jack and jills garden. There was no effort made at all regarding the theme food very basic. Two party games were organised. So very disappointing.

beautiful place for private events. we held a friend high te baby shower here caroline was nice accommodating. beautiful decor in small garden from the back with parking on the back.
great concept, but eating and coffee need a lot of improvement!
