We had the degustation menu for our wedding anniversary, after recommendation from my son and from the reviews. The service was impeccable and the dishes were served very timely. The place has an intimate feeling to it. On to the courses:Salmon Graviax Tartare beautiful presentation and the flavours were nicely balanced. Second time coming to Juniper Bay. Overall will most likely give it a bit of time before coming back again. Was greeted with the lovely dim lighting again and provided a nice complimentary appetiser consisting of watermelon (shot glass). From there the appetiser was a mix of strawberry macaron and duck pate, which sounded interesting but clashed in terms of flavours. Fillet steak for the main was good though slightly on the salty side. And the hazelnut ice-cream dessert tasted great. A member of our table ordered the creme brulee. The communication between Soren and myself to discuss booking arrangements was very smooth even amidst the shortcomings with the Fork's booking system. Good hospitality given from arrival and throughout the meal. The food was excellent, and we didnt wait too long for it. We ordered the cream of white asparagus, semi-frozen goat cheese nougat and Vitello Tonato (veal) for appetisers, beef fillet, roast duck, lamb wellington (which was my favourite) and barramundi for mains and the hazelnut ice cream, creme brulee, pavlova meringue roulade and orange tart for dessert; all outstanding dishes apart from the orange tart which we wished was larger and had better pastry. our party of four enjoyed our disarmament last night. every plate of juniper and bay tasted as good as she looked and I can't blame. two of us had the wee couples who were pretty well tuned and especially locally what is a plus! I would like to eat again there and again next time we will try some of the regular articles as they sound delicious! I am angry that I had not made photos of any set that I had a photo of the tasty dessert and the cute little happy birthday sign they bought for us. Reserva una mesa ahora

good eating, beautiful presentation, beautiful decoration, perfect place for a date with her favorite. there was a group table next to us, so it was a bit loud (we can not really hear a music they played.) friendly chef and coworkers. overall is happy and good experience
