I arrived at 9:06 p.m. on a Tuesday evening and found there was no reception at the entrance, which wasn’t a major issue. I headed over to the bar to see if we could order a drink and maybe some food. Despite trying to catch the attention of a waitress behind the bar with a polite wave, she chose to turn her back on us instead. She clearly noticed us when we approached the bar but opted to ignore us and moved to the back. I understand these are challenging times for the restaurant industry, but a simple “hello, sorry we're closing early tonight” would have been a courteous gesture if they were closed when we arrived. Whether it 's for a drunken 5 to 7 with friends or a meal with the family...there is something for all tastes and all ages and the atmosphere is always very festive...a unifying place coupled with 'excellent service..lots of choice in cocktails which are my word, just as good and refreshing as each other!! We often went to this place me and my friends before and I always enjoyed it.. They were very busy and short on staff 2 hours to get food and it was cold no offer to refill drinks it was Valentine's Day family next to us all dressed up to enjoy dinner kid got food they got food 2 hours later But our server Eleanor ? Was great very pleasant made the night okay!
Hello, I went there with my family and it took over an hour and a half to get our food. It would have been appreciated if we could have been updated or spoken to about instead of asking. The response we got was there is an issue for each table not just ours.

This is a fantastic spot! It markets itself as a family restaurant, but it's actually more suited for a guys' night out or a nice meal with friends. The steak, seafood, and desserts are all outstanding—just go for the food!

The steak was excellent, and there were no issues with the service in English. However, my son wasn't a fan of the Tex-Mex bowl.
