My experience at Jack in the Box was much like before. I've noticed their Ultimate Cheeseburger has gotten much smaller over time. It remains delicious, especially with bacon, but the price has gone up significantly while the serving size has shrunk. Quite a shift! On the bright side, they still offer some of the best egg rolls around.
After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru with three cars behind me and only one ahead, I finally reached the cashier window. To my surprise, the staff were just chatting among themselves and barely acknowledged me. The manager, of all people, seemed completely unaware and in disbelief. It was a frustrating experience.
Living in California, you tend to take Jack in the Box for granted. It's always nearby, with a quick drive-thru and consistently good food and service! My brother, who lives in Connecticut, can’t wait to return to California just for Jack in the Box tacos—it's surprising, but true!
This is my third disappointing visit to this Jack in the Box. I ordered a 7-piece stuffed jalapeño, and they were stale with the cheese dried out inside. I won’t be returning. We need to stop supporting businesses that don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. Reserva una mesa ahora
