If you pay attention, you will notice that the price they charge you is significantly higher than whet they advertise on their drive through menu. And I don 't mean because of the tax either. I stopped going for a long time because of it. I finally decided to go back and try it again thinking maybe it was just because of something back then, but they did it again. When I called the guy out on it at the drive through window he danced around giving me an answer. I asked him, well are the prices for a small ? Even though they only give you 2 options, medium or large. He asked, do you want a small ? Even though in print it days its for a medium. I said that I wanted whatever the price on the men...
The manager had closed off the drive-thru and claimed they were closed, yet it was obvious they weren't because she was still present. I attempted to speak with her politely, but her immediate response was to threaten to call the police when I asked which other nearby stores might be open, especially since I thought there was one open 24 hours. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. There was no sign of professional customer service; instead, she insisted I leave or she would call the police simply for asking a question.
Disappointing experience at Jack. The tables were all dirty! What happened? During COVID, they cleaned after every customer, but now it seems they don't clean at all. The food was freshly prepared, but it wasn't very enjoyable. It wasn't spoiled or old, just not well made.
Great staff and tasty food. The drive-thru is open 24 hours, but it closes for 15 minutes each day around 4 AM for end-of-day procedures. Occasionally, the drive-thru may also close for 15 minutes at night for staff breaks.

I don’t think they ever gave me my card back, so I called 6 times and got no answer. Just very irresponsible.
Tried going there before thanksgiving day. They were closed at 6:45 with no notices they were closing early.
