I stopped by the Jack in the Box on Mission Ave after work and ordered 20 tacos, 3 cheeseburgers, and a grilled chicken salad. When I got my food, the salad was missing. I told the woman at the window, but she insisted I had ordered a chicken sandwich instead. I corrected her, and she suggested I just take the lettuce from the salad and add the sandwich patty. Feeling tired, I reluctantly agreed.
When I got home, I realized I only received 10 tacos instead of 20. I tried calling multiple times, but each call went straight to voicemail. I really enjoyed my visit to Jack In The Box. The burgers were hot and fresh, and the fries were excellent too. As someone from the East Coast, this was my first time trying Jack In The Box since we don’t have this restaurant or In-N-Out back home. If I had to choose between the two, I would definitely pick Jack In The Box. I ordered the double bacon cheddar burger along with fries from their menu, and it did not disappoint.
The woman who took my order was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated her asking if I wanted any condiments, and she even provided extra packets of ketchup. The food was warm and everything in my order was just right. This is my second visit, and once again, I had a fantastic experience.
They frequently forget items in my order, and this has been happening a lot recently. It used to be great, but now they seem rushed. I understand that things can get busy, but it's happening too often. I've tried calling several times, but no one answers.
