Have tried to use this place for two different occasions in the last 2-3 months or so. We went at 8 a.m. and the hours listed on Google cards, says this location is open up to 10/11pm. Unfortunately, like others in their last reviews, the lights are at the place and it seems open as you pass. Actually, we even saw employees. But when we went to the drive-thru, there was no answer. No other cars in use. When we first went and that happened, we thought they had to close (one took the garbage out). The second time we waited for 5 minutes on the drive-thru without answer, but when we drove away, we saw what seemed to be employees around the inside, all the lights. I really feel for the owner of this place, as I think they have to lose in business because of this fact. And it is only very strange that this has happened repeatedly and seems to happen to other people, but nothing seems to have changed. If for some reason the situation is really not opened as late as Google says, then I recommend updating the hours more reliably (which seems to change the hours weekly on Mid Rivers, but at least I know when they are open). I hope this location is able to work more consistently in the future.

moved into the drive thru at 7:45A and sat in the box for 5 minutes and nobody welcomed us. we left after we didn't help. they have seen a worker inside, only choose not to take our order. the car that waited behind us was served, so we moved back to try to give the advantage of the doubt. it was told before us (the car behind us) and the only other customer they had) was a bigger job and they could not take our order for 10-15 minutes. jack in box has good food. but unfortunately the customer service has developed around us at all locations. That was ridiculous.

Feb 18 please fix the Intercom. Your people can't understand us, it seems. I don't ask ice cream, I have ice cream. I'm asking for two orders. They wanted me to pay for four. 8 January 22 Don't let me finish my sentence. And menu board to show you what you have ordered to make sure that the order is correct is obviously broken... Lady on the window was very friendly and it was a very different voice, so I don't know who's going. Tiny Tacos were extremely fresh and hot, just as I like it. And the acidic dough could be roasted a little longer

Lady over the car thru intercom told me to keep and 15mns later never again on the Intercom and there were no other cars in the line or on the drive thru window. This is ridiculous and I understand that there is a lack of personnel. Just say you can't help and I'll go on. I don't want a fool waiting for you to come back because I'm gonna notify BBB.
