I have an issue with the unisex bathrooms at Jack In The Box. It’s really unpleasant, and they’re one of the few places that use this setup. As a woman who spends a lot of time driving and depends on public restrooms, I’m uncomfortable using a restroom right after a man. McDonald's doesn’t do this, so why does Jack In The Box? It’s off-putting, and I tend to avoid their locations because of it. Smh.
I wish I had gotten her name—she's an elderly woman wearing glasses, the best way I can describe her. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We even joked about how sometimes the salad spills out of the tacos because they don’t stuff them very tightly, which happens occasionally.
The fries are consistently cold. Whenever there's a line of cars in the drive-thru, the fries come out cold while the rest of the food is just warm or hot. That's disappointing. On a positive note, the service is good.
The food is consistently fresh and delicious. The service is friendly and accommodating. I visited the drive-thru and received excellent service, even on a busy day. The staff is fantastic! Reserva una mesa ahora
I absolutely love the tacos; they're incredibly tasty! The chicken burger with fries is also fantastic. The service is outstanding!
I made a quick stop for my jalapeño poppers, and I was pleased to find them open at 9 PM. That was very convenient!
The drive-through staff are incredibly friendly. The best customer service I've experienced at Jack in the Box.
