I have never been so disappointed by anyone 's service at a Jack in the box. The cashier was incredibly rude, refused to make an item, didn 't offer sauces, and on top of that got our order wrong. I don 't typically write reviews but after a 12 hours shiftnothing but this place is open. We were given a small chicken sandwich instead of the spicy chicken sandwich we ordered, 8nuggets, and only 2 jalapeño poppers. It saddens me that the cashier was unable to count, or could not be bothered to. Also,without the receipt given to us, we were unable to verify how much we paid or who the cashier was. I ordered the tiny tacos and for some reason I tried one before I left and they were kind of cold I went back to see if I can get another order and the employee there named Buddy was really rude and said I'm the one that took them out of the fire so they couldn't be cold I told him that I would not be coming back if they were not cold when I tried to explain to him at the window he literally shut the window out on me and continued what he was doing I was really frustrated so I asked for my money back I'm very displeased with this Jack in The box and will not ever come back I am a very humble and nice person and I'm getting out of work late for somebody to have attitude with me is not okay
Until far One of the best Jack in the boxes I was in California! I usually never eat Jack in the box, but I guess they probably have better employees/food because their close to the border! literally it?s so comfortable it?s right opposite the road from the border!
Food is getting worse in this location. I love Jack every time but there are some location like this one where they do not care about the freshness of the food they serve, much less of all Jack's loyal customers. I will not coming back to this location????

I had a good experience at this jack in the box, they did forget my drink. As long as you appreciate their work and dont be a Karen, they will make it right for you. Thank you all for what you guys do and put up with.
Good quality food. I have been to many other Jack in the box location but served food at here seems to be more organized and has better taste. Staffs I met were nicer in my experience.
There food is well served and I a time maner and I seen that day take ebt cards with out giving a person a hard time like some others do
I been here a total of two times and both times they have given Me cold and old food I will not return
