I visited inside the other day and ordered the number 4 combo. The fries were perfect—way better than McDonald's, in my opinion—and the burger was outstanding. Unlike some of my recent experiences where what I received didn’t match the photos, my burger looked just like what was advertised, with the added bonus of large, fresh pieces of lettuce (not the shredded kind).
The staff is always friendly, whether you’re driving through or walking in. I hope the issues others have mentioned get resolved, but I’m glad I’ve had a consistently positive experience here. I didn’t take a photo because I ate it too quickly!
Ninety-six percent of the time, my order is incorrect. In two years, only one of my orders has been right; that adds up to a 96% error rate. I've tried to give this place multiple chances, but now I just drive an extra eight miles to the downtown location. I'm surprised to see that other reviewers are satisfied, because, honestly, this location never lets me down—in a bad way. This is the reason I stopped going to Jack in the Box altogether. It’s not worth the detour since this location just doesn’t meet expectations. By the way, I always order the same thing: something simple and straight from the menu.
I'm not sure what's going on with your establishment, but it seems like there's a lack of care for your business. This is the second Monday in a row that I've arrived at 9:50 PM, only to find you closed, even though the posted hours say you close at 11:00 PM. I've wasted both gas and time. Additionally, the manager has been consistently rude, which is disappointing. Overall, I would rate your customer service as a zero; the management has a terrible approach to service.
This used to be my favorite Jack in the Box, but not anymore due to a decline in food quality. The crispy chicken wrap was burnt and had more tortilla than lettuce. The chicken snack fries were decent, but the chicken itself was also burnt. I'm disappointed with the quality of the food, as it used to be much better during my visits a couple of times recently.

Parking: There’s ample parking available since this Jack in the Box is situated next to various other shops.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a Jack in the Box, so it’s about as kid-friendly as it gets!
Wheelchair accessibility: Access in and out is quite simple.
When I went in to place my order, there was no one at the counter. The atmosphere felt gloomy and deserted. After waiting a few minutes without anyone coming to assist me, I decided to leave.
The customer service was excellent, and the burger appeared to be just your standard burger with lettuce and tomatoes. However, I did feel that the Jr. Jumbo burger was somewhat expensive.
Unfortunately, for those of us who work night shifts, this location now shuts its doors at 10:00 PM.

The TRIPLE Burger was outstanding, but unfortunately, the onion rings were quite overcooked.
Reliable and delicious. I highly recommend it for those late-night cravings!
