I can't resist sharing another disappointing experience. I thought I would never order from KFC again, but gave in and ordered online in a weak moment yesterday—and it was even worse than before. If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I ordered an 8-piece bucket, and when I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, I waited 5 minutes before anyone helped me. When I mentioned my order, the staff member laughed and said they were out of chicken! (He actually laughed!) Then, without saying a word, he went inside and returned 5 minutes later, handed me a phone number, and told me to call for a refund since they wouldn’t process it at the store. Now I'm stuck with KFC's customer service number...

When I first contacted the restaurant, I was abruptly hung up on. After managing to get through again, I was told that they would prepare the correct chicken and missing sides if I returned to the restaurant. However, when I arrived at 7:45 PM on Thursday, I was informed that there was no cook available to fry the chicken and they could only provide me with the missing sides. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the restaurant doesn't close until 10 PM. If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I absolutely would.
Their service is embarrassing. It's not the kids working there, they're all cool. Management doesn't have enough people staffed to properly handle just the drive thru. That's right, the dine in is closed and they struggle to support the drive thru line. Multiple times I have gone there and it's 30 minutes to get my food from when I finished the order at the speaker. Management needs to do better, because their chicken sandwich is bomb but it shouldn't take 30 min to get TWO sandwiches.
Today at KFC, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Daniel, and if I were in management, I would seriously consider giving him a raise or promotion. The food from their menu was excellent, and Daniel’s customer service was outstanding. He was friendly and offered great recommendations for a variety of delicious dishes. His professionalism truly stood out, and because of this experience, I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer. Reserva una mesa ahora
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there tonight with a coupon for a 9-piece double mash, which should have included legs and thighs. Instead, I came home with legs and breasts. If I had wanted white meat, I wouldn't have requested all dark meat. This isn't the first time they've made mistakes with my orders, but it will definitely be the last. They've lost a customer.
I typically do not write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to do so for this place. The drive-thru service was exceptional, with the staff being very polite and attentive. The chicken was hot and tender, and the fries were fresh and hot as well. The packaging was neat and included napkins and condiments. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by.
The chicken is consistently crispy, fresh, and flavorful. The staff are welcoming, and their uniforms are clean and tidy. The restaurant is always well-maintained. I appreciate you serving the best extra crispy spicy fried chicken whenever I’m hungry.
