When I first contacted the restaurant, I was abruptly hung up on. After managing to get through again, I was told that they would prepare the correct chicken and missing sides if I returned to the restaurant. However, when I arrived at 7:45 PM on Thursday, I was informed that there was no cook available to fry the chicken and they could only provide me with the missing sides. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the restaurant doesn't close until 10 PM. If I could rate this experience with zero stars, I absolutely would.
Their service is embarrassing. It's not the kids working there, they're all cool. Management doesn't have enough people staffed to properly handle just the drive thru. That's right, the dine in is closed and they struggle to support the drive thru line. Multiple times I have gone there and it's 30 minutes to get my food from when I finished the order at the speaker. Management needs to do better, because their chicken sandwich is bomb but it shouldn't take 30 min to get TWO sandwiches.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I went there tonight with a coupon for a 9-piece double mash, which should have included legs and thighs. Instead, I came home with legs and breasts. If I had wanted white meat, I wouldn't have requested all dark meat. This isn't the first time they've made mistakes with my orders, but it will definitely be the last. They've lost a customer.
I typically do not write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to do so for this place. The drive-thru service was exceptional, with the staff being very polite and attentive. The chicken was hot and tender, and the fries were fresh and hot as well. The packaging was neat and included napkins and condiments. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend stopping by.

The chicken is consistently crispy, fresh, and flavorful. The staff are welcoming, and their uniforms are clean and tidy. The restaurant is always well-maintained. I appreciate you serving the best extra crispy spicy fried chicken whenever I’m hungry.
I visited this KFC twice after 11 AM, but the employee at the drive-thru window told me they weren't open due to short staffing. I don’t understand why they have "open" signs up if they’re not actually serving customers. It’s a waste of time.
The staff were friendly, and I definitely had to try the spicy chicken sandwich. It had a bit too much sauce for my taste, but I might give it another shot in the future!
This restaurant is located on the hill, but I've had a frustrating experience. They either close during regular hours, have computer issues, or run out of sides and food.

The chicken is excellent and the customer service is great. Be sure to ask about any available coupons—you won’t regret getting the 9-piece meal for $10.
The drive thru person did a great job. I hadn't been here in a year but she was patient and walked me thru the order.
