Well, we gave this location Hewitt another try today... We went through their drive thru, and while placing our order with one gentleman, another man came on the speaker yelling at my husband asking What kind of drinks do you want?? Then, they left their speaker on and the 2 men proceeded having a conversation about each customers order, as if they weren 't sure whom ordered what.. We were asked again, How can I help you?, like we were new customers.. when we were actually still sitting at the speaker because the traffic never moved.. Finally, we just cancelled our order and drove completely out of our way to the South Valley Mills location where we knew we would get great food and service....
I stopped on my way home in Jack in the box on the way home to get food for my husband (btw, it was very good! Staff are always very friendly. I drove too fast and my credit card accidentally left there. I didn't know it was missing until I needed it later in the evening, and I was French. All my purchases go to this one card so I can collect miles on Southwest Airlines to visit my daughter and her family. I drove back through Jack in the box and asked if I had left my credit card there. Diana, who used to take care of my order, immediately told me my name and yes, she had waited for my return!! I was very relieved and so grateful to her!!
Asked my husband and I to wait to take our order. After a solid 5 minutes they finally asked us what we wanted. The employee working was not only short with us but didn't seem to care about what was even happening. I work food service and I understand no one is happy all of the time but this was honestly upsetting. We were just trying to get some food. Food still came out okay so I'm still giving an extra star.
The woman at the window was incredibly nice and cheerful. When I decided to add another drink to my order, she didn’t scold me at all; instead, she kindly explained that the cook was a bit delayed, but my food would be ready shortly. The wait felt no longer than at most other quick-service chain restaurants. I really hope she's working the next time I visit!

The woman at the window was super nice. She was really cheerful and when I added another drink to my order she didn't even charge me because she explained that the cook was a little behind and it would be a short wait for my food. It didn't seem to be any longer of a wait than most other chain fast done places. I hope she's there next time.
Hot and fresh food. Visited during lunch time and there was a little wait in the drive thru. Wish they could fill the fry container to the top. The cashier was polite and had my meal ready when I reached the window. Getting im and out of the parking lot is a bit hectic as traffic was very busy at noon.
Ordered door dash. Said it would take 15 min. I waited an hour, ended up having to cancel. The phone doesn’t work, you can’t contact anyone. Extremely annoyed. Also too many items on the menu for them to be fast food. They are slow food. I’d get faster service at a restaurant. -1 stars
I absolutely love the tacos here! They have a fantastic spicy flavor. The curly fries topped with double bacon and cheese were also quite good!

I was the only person there, but they are friendly and attentive. I'm just saying it was on the best breakfast sandwich I had in months!
