I ordered the Create your own Combination with three items. The coconut shrimp was excellent. Good thing because everything else aside from the salad was subpar. There was a dry whole Potatoe that was supposed to be a Potatoe with butter and cheese. So, I thought perhaps there would be containers of the butter and cheese-but no. There were no containers of anything except shrimp condiments. The regular fried shrimp was rubbery and the fried fish was gooey-not crisp at all. My little bulldog would not even eat it. I loved trying the new Shrimp Your Way Choose Two at New! For someone like me who struggles to make decisions, it was the perfect choice! The baked potato was a delicious accompaniment. Everything was served hot and tasted fresh with great seasoning. I also appreciated that the soft drinks came in a can, which I prefer. I wish more restaurants would do the same. Red Lobster made my day by having Mtn Dew 12 oz. cans, which are hard to find. Thank you for paying attention to detail with utensils, sauces, and butter. We took our delivery outside to enjoy a lovely evening.
I was extremely disappointed in the Bar Harbor Shellfish Bake. It seemed like the food was prepared without any care. The scallops were stuck together and looked like they came straight from a freezer bag. The mussels were old and the lobster tails looked strange. The clam chowder, usually thick and creamy, was thin and had chunks of potato. I used to be a fan of Red Lobster, but not anymore. The disinterested attitude of the manager in Waco, TX, explained why this once favorite restaurant has declined so much.
Horrible!! I asked for well done steak. It wae crawling off my plate raw!! Server was slow!! 15 to 20 minutes to get a drink . Ask for biscuits took 20 minutes. When we talked to the manager he really didn't seem to care. Gave me 5.00 off our total bill. He seem rather put off by our problem.

Took 94 year young Momma for belated birthday. Scott the manager was very kind and generous. Mom remembers him from when he started managing there in '18 or '19. Ms. Alli was terrific in caring for us as well. Fish&Chips were spot on! Will return soon :
Hostess was very rude and said that tables booked online didn’t really give a reservation. Priority seating meant nothing snd still had to put name on list once we arrived. 55 min wait for a “priority” seating reservation.
The steak was undercooked and the alfredo sauce had a thick, unpleasant consistency similar to yogurt. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.
