I had a great experience during my visit. The service was fast and efficient; the man who took my order and gave me my food got everything right, which helped me carry on with my day without any hiccups. Overall, everything was wonderful, although the display screen could have been cleaner, making it a bit difficult to see my order. Fortunately, he read everything back to me, so there were no problems. Thank you for a lovely visit!
If you don't mind encountering homeless individuals in their cars or biking around the drive-thru, you might find this place acceptable. However, while we were waiting at the drive-thru window, we saw a homeless man washing out his water bottle right in front of our car at the hose hookup on the building. This made us feel uneasy and unsafe with our windows down. It's definitely concerning, to say the least.
The dining experience here is always top-notch, but I have a significant concern regarding the lobby hours. It's quite frustrating to note that despite the posted hours indicating that you're open until 10 PM, the door was locked at 8:06 PM while two employees were on break. To make matters worse, there was a long line of eight cars waiting in the drive-thru at the same time.
I was really hungry and decided to order a Triple Burger, a small fries, and a cup of chili. I was shocked to see that the total came to over $18.00! Yikes! Unfortunately, the burger was a bit dry. I've noticed that some of the staff often work independently, yet they consistently maintain a cheerful demeanor while accurately taking your orders. It might take a little longer, but it's definitely worth the wait.
Jack is definitely superior to Carl's. The way she described the situation was hilarious—she said, “I’m not sure we can make the milkshake for you, sir, because I’m like... the machine... I’m having issues!”
Never been in there, but the drive-thru service is excellent. I was here several times and never made a mistake! Love the Tacos:
