The customer service here was absolutely terrible. We were visiting from out of town for a track meet and stopped by for food, only to overhear employees talking about customers. We waited 5-8 minutes at the register without any acknowledgment or explanation that they'd be with us shortly. When I asked to use the restroom while waiting—despite there only being one customer inside and just three cars in the drive-thru—they claimed someone had locked the keys inside and refused to let my daughter and me use the bathroom. The whole experience was unprofessional and the worst customer service I've encountered.
Typically, I steer clear of fast food establishments, as I feel that their food often lacks quality. However, I must commend this Jack in the Box for their outstanding milkshakes. I had a delightful strawberry shake that was genuinely made with ice cream, and I can wholeheartedly recommend their shakes. On the other hand, I wouldn’t feel comfortable recommending their hamburgers to anyone. - Stephen Valentino
Generally, I’m not usually a fan of fast food because a lot of it tends to be average. That said, this Jack in the Box really stands out for its outstanding milkshakes. I recently ordered a large strawberry shake with ice, and it was amazing! I ordered a number 10 (spicy chicken sandwich) but was surprised to get a 10-piece chicken nugget box instead. Thankfully, the management acted promptly to fix the mistake, and I really appreciate their assistance.

The service was extremely slow. I was the only person in line and waited over 10 minutes just to place my order. After that, it took another 15 minutes to get my food. The service was simply awful.
The service was slow, probably because the staff were college students who seemed more interested in chatting with their friends than in serving the customers.
Always hot food great for lunch service is fast
