Awful service! I waited a long time for someone to take my order. They saw me but didn’t even acknowledge my presence or offer any assistance. If they needed time, they could have at least said something like, “I’m sorry, we’re short-staffed” or “We’re training right now, but we’ll be with you shortly.” I would have been completely fine with that. Instead, they just looked at me and didn’t come over until much later.
Exceptional service! We truly adore your chicken tenders. Thank you for consistently keeping your restaurant and restrooms spotless. Whenever we’re on the go, we always make it a priority to stop at Jack in the Box because of the delicious food, outstanding service, and warm smiles. Thanks, and we look forward to our next visit! My husband and I tried the sausage burrito combo from Jack In The Box, which cost around $8.59 or $8.99. Although it seemed a bit expensive, I reminded myself that prices on the menu have increased significantly since COVID.
