I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich from the drive-thru, and when I took my first bite at home, it was terrible—something was clearly wrong with the chicken. I called the restaurant to explain, and they told me I could come back anytime for a replacement. They took my name and number. However, two weeks later when I returned, they said my name wasn’t on the list and acted like I was trying to get a free meal. Feeling embarrassed, I walked away and told them to forget it. Lesson learned: always keep your receipt. Also, the person I spoke with on the phone didn’t handle the situation properly.
I stopped by the drive-thru to pick up fries for my son, and both the fries and the service were excellent. However, I did feel a bit uneasy about the safety at this location. There seems to be a growing homelessness issue that’s becoming concerning. While in the drive-thru at night, a man approached me asking for money, which was quite unsettling. I can understand that no driver wants the risk of accidentally hitting someone they can’t see. Overall, it didn’t feel very safe.
I ordered the spicy tenders combo a couple of days ago, and while the food was decent, the tenders were the size of chicken nuggets. This evening, I decided to get 6 spicy tenders since the first three were too small. However, when I went to the window, the woman charged me for two combos but only gave me one medium fry. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive my drink. In the end, I paid $19 for 6 tiny tenders and one medium fry.
It seems that every time I visit this restaurant, which isn't too often, they never have what I want. A month ago, I wanted to try the churros, but they were sold out. Today, I ordered the spicy chicken strips, and once again, they weren’t available. Perhaps it's just my bad luck—who can say? The food was tasty, and the staff was friendly. I really appreciate that they serve Dr. Pepper Cherry!

I hadn't visited Jack in the Box in years, but I decided to go back yesterday. The drive-thru was a bit slow, but the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated how they packaged each order in separate bags instead of cramming everything into one bag like many other places do.
The service here is fast and efficient! I just had two enormous tacos for just three dollars, and they were amazing—if you're a fan of Jack in the Box tacos, these are even larger. I definitely enjoy them from time to time!
In my opinion, they serve the best fries, and their drive-thru employees are incredibly quick, at least during the day. There was a constant line, but it flowed smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience!
Jack in the Box is fantastic for a late-night meal! As a security guard, I find it perfect for my schedule. Everything I've tried on the menu is delicious, so I highly recommend giving it a try!

Great food, but could someone please explain the difference between these two items listed right next to each other on the drive-thru menu? Other than the prices, of course!
Everything was fantastic, but I particularly enjoyed the small salad with ranch dressing and seasoned croutons. It was absolutely delicious!
